This notice explains how FCS Consulting Group Ltd, trading as Evolvable

Academy ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects your personal

Contact details: name, email address, and phone number.
Information you provide when booking a discovery call, including

your situation and what you\'re hoping to build.

Notes taken during calls, to help us guide your programme.
Payment information, processed by our payment provider (we do not

store full card details ourselves).

Website usage information via our scheduling tool.

3\. How We Use Your Data, and Our Legal Basis

To provide and manage the services you\'ve booked --- necessary for

performance of our contract with you.

To respond to enquiries and discovery call requests --- our

legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients.

To send you information about your programme (scheduling, reminders)

--- necessary for performance of our contract.

To send you marketing about our services, only where you\'ve agreed

to this --- based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any

time.

To meet our legal and accounting obligations --- necessary for

compliance with a legal obligation.

4\. Who We Share Your Data With

We share personal data with trusted third-party service providers who

help us run our business, currently including:

Calendly --- for call scheduling and booking.
Our payment processor --- for handling payments securely.
Our email and communication providers.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Some of these

providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on

appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the

provider\'s own UK/EU adequacy arrangements.

5\. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep client data for as long as you\'re an active client, plus a

further period afterwards (typically up to 6 years) to meet our legal,

accounting, and tax obligations. Discovery call enquiries that don\'t

proceed to a paid programme are kept for a shorter period, typically up

to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

6\. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Ask us to delete your data, in certain circumstances.
Ask us to restrict how we use your data.
Receive your data in a portable format.
Object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct

marketing.

Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

Information Commissioner\'s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we

have not handled your data properly.

7\. Cookies

We use Google Analytics on this website to help us understand how

visitors use it (for example, which pages are popular). Google Analytics

sets cookies that are not strictly necessary for the site to function,

so we only load them after you give consent via the cookie banner shown

when you first visit.

Our third-party scheduling tool (Calendly) may also set its own cookies

when you use the booking calendar; please refer to Calendly\'s own

personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

We may update this notice from time to time; the version published on

our website is the one currently in effect.
